CF.D 系統(tǒng)可以監(jiān)控智能工廠中高動態(tài)運行的拖鏈電纜，以減少生產(chǎn)操作的中斷 在 2018 年的德國紐倫堡自動化展上，德國 igus 公司展示了一個全球首創(chuàng)的新概念——智能監(jiān)控拖鏈系統(tǒng)中的總線電纜。通過提前預(yù)警，即使總線電纜的傳輸特性發(fā)生輕微變化，CF.D 系統(tǒng)也可以及時探測到即將停工的設(shè)備。這樣可以避免意外停機(jī)帶來的生產(chǎn)損失。 在拖鏈中的機(jī)械運動***終會改變總線電纜的傳輸特性。這不僅會發(fā)生在直線運動中，同樣也會發(fā)生在三維運動，例如機(jī)器人管線包中的電纜。其導(dǎo)致的后果就是數(shù)據(jù)傳輸中斷，甚至?xí)l(fā)生意料之外的設(shè)備故障。運動塑料專家 igus 在 2018 年的德國紐倫堡自動化展上展示了全球首創(chuàng)的概念，即提前檢測出使用中的 chainflex 高柔性總線電纜的損壞情況。這個智能系統(tǒng)由評估單元和響應(yīng)模塊組成。它們分別集成在運動中的總線電纜的兩端。評估單元通常放置在固定端的電氣柜中，響應(yīng)模塊則放置在移動端的配電箱中。這兩者之間會傳輸特殊的數(shù)據(jù)包以進(jìn)行持續(xù)性測量，并根據(jù)丟失或損壞的數(shù)據(jù)包的數(shù)量增加來評估電纜質(zhì)量。如果超過預(yù)定義值，則通過黃色的 LED 燈和切斷觸點來提醒用戶。用戶也可以通過連接網(wǎng)絡(luò)查詢警報的閾值，同時該頁面會顯示當(dāng)前的運行情況。紅色的 LED 燈則表示超過第二個警報閾值，這意味著總線傳輸錯誤，由此用戶可通過查看電氣柜來快速定位故障位置。 智能塑料產(chǎn)品型譜持續(xù)壯大 這款創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)首次實現(xiàn)了電纜動態(tài)運行的監(jiān)測，且無需額外的測量芯線或?qū)Ｓ秒娎|。CF.D 模塊可以整合到用以實現(xiàn)預(yù)測性維護(hù)的 isense 環(huán)境中。德國 igus 公司自 2016 年以來一直在研發(fā) isense 系列產(chǎn)品，旨在通過各種傳感器和監(jiān)控模塊讓拖鏈、電纜、直線導(dǎo)向裝置和轉(zhuǎn)盤軸承等運動塑料產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)智能化。這一系列產(chǎn)品可在運行過程中檢測磨損情況，并且發(fā)出預(yù)警以提醒用戶對設(shè)備進(jìn)行維修或更換。其中 icom 通信模塊聯(lián)網(wǎng)后，可以在線查看產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)和警報顯示，并通過電腦、平板電腦或智能手機(jī)直接集成到用戶的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施中。這些智能塑料產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)為許多用戶的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行使用壽命的預(yù)測，例如汽車行業(yè)。 下一步的發(fā)展計劃是擴(kuò)大智能產(chǎn)品部件，例如將接收器集成在連接器外殼中。有興趣共同測試的用戶可以通過 [email protected] 聯(lián)系 igus 公司。
